Recently, we have installed a NEW phone support system that will provide our customers with even better service! Our phone support is now even faster, easier, and more accurate than before. We, also, now offer our phone support after hours to better serve you!
Unlike in the past where you were put on hold for a service technician, now our automated phone system instantly puts you in touch with someone in our service team. By selecting the proper category on our menu, a service technician will be able to answer your question(s) directly. If for some reason one of our service team members is not available, you can continue to hold or leave a voice mail with your company name, town, and phone number. An e-mail will be sent directly to all service team members' cell phones instantly and one of them will call you back promptly.
Our phone number for service is the same as in the past: 1-800-541-7834. If you call during our normal business hours - 8 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday thru Friday - press 2 and then 9. During our non-business hours, either press 1 to leave a message for us to contact you on the next business day or press 9 for emergency assistance. Once you press 9 you will then need to decide to press * to leave a message and four service team members will be contacted within ten minutes and one will call you back or press # to have the system dial one on call service technician. If for some reason they are busy, please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible. Depending on your situation, some charges may be incurred for emergency service assistance calls.
Junge Control, Inc. was founded by Dave and Mary Junge in 1979. One of Junge Control's first products, the Chem Way System, was invented in 1981. As agriculture has changed, the Chem Way System has continually grown and adapted to fit our customer's changing needs. Junge systems and products are found at most fertilizer/chemical dealer locations across the corn belt.
We plan to continue leadership in the systems industry. Dave and Mary Junge are in touch with the agricultural industry as they have their own family farm.
