Junge Plant Operator is used for effectively running control panels. The main features of this software are: recording and printing of actual amounts dispensed, easy weight per gallon conversions, and automatic free fall compensations. This software can run from the standard personal computer and has been built on the Microsoft Windows Platform. A stand alone touch screen (19" and larger) is used for easy simple picking or entering of simple batching processes.

Junge Dispatcher is the key software to organize your business. Operators of equipment and accounting personnel will find this software very easy to use and will appreciate the accountability features. This software offers security, accountability, accurate inventory, history of exact product usage, and attention to the use of the ACTUALS for data. The software records shortage, resize, load selection, truck number, valve id, notes on printouts, mix time, blend sequence, etc.

Using Junge Dispatcher software at the front end to blend and then exporting the actual blend information to your accounting system provides the ultimate in maximizing the data and people flow in your operation. Dispatcher can also, import batching information from your blend or account software. This is particularily useful when the people flow in your operation has others taking orders remote from the mix facility. The data flow is then automatic to the operator who is then just picking the proper load when needed.

Junge BOL and Junge Batch Stack are two other software programs we offer. BOL is used for setting up authorized truck loads for remote pickup using our Junge 'Round the Clock Assistant. Batch Stack allows the operator of a blend facility to stack numerous loads in sequential order for the control panels to make automatically.
